Me and Lena May have dug up a new word we used some time ago, ApplesaucelatiOn, or ApplesaucelatiOus. You could use the words in a variety of ways, but Lena May used it this way to illustrate.  She's really a brilliant woman, just got her own language that goes like this. "That North Carolina barbecuedelator sure could cook proper, and with his home made applesauceelatiOn on the side I was  going into' porkapplelatiOus maxelatiOn, Hot toe midah node, maybe I shouda stuck with applesaucelatiOus maxelatiOn, that wuns good too aheyaH ha ha ha...

Well folks, that was Lena May Springbowser with her take on "porkapplelatiOus maxelatiOn"

I love Lena May :) she never fails to make me laugh.

I recently was tweeted by a very interesting guy name Carey Bringle who is the BBQ "Pit Master"  of the "Peg Leg Porker". He's from a strong heritage of BBQ DNA. Just coming to the Peg Leg Porker Home page, I swear I could smell the BBQ through my monitor. I've got a nice monitor, but it's not that advanced...yet ;) Anyone game for designing the surf n sniff computer monitor? My partner and owner of Cloud Sauce ElatiOn Ms Lena May Springbowser, just informed me that Carey must be a BarbecuedelatOr. Who can figure out what Lena May is talkin' bout half the time? She's makin' it up as she goes! She says, "BarbecuedelatiOn is the joy of eating or cooking BBQ, so a BarbecuedelatOr is one who flows with that idea or puts action to it all". Well, that sounds right to me Lena. Now she's callin' me "wannabe BarbecuedelatOr".  I must admit, she's right, and I've known for a long time that I love BBQ passionately. Now since I've come back to USA I must resume my great BBQ questealtiOn. I've already had BBQ in 50 states, and yes even in Hawaii and Alaska. Now, it's on to a more sophisticated look a BBQ, though truthfully, BBQ is just plain people food, the essence of American food fare. I love it!
